Some progress but it is slow going. I have managed to maintain a physical activity program though my weight is staying steady at 196 lbs. I am a little frustrated at that but it hasn't been a priority so I'm not going to fret over much.
#7 is complete and I am happy to say that I am pratically caffine free in my choices. I will occasionally have a caffeinated beverage but for the most part it is decafinated coffee , coke & Earl Grey.
#15 I have now been on medication tor three months & expect to be going into counselling in the fall. I feel I'm doing better though I think I sleep far too much still.
#21 I have been on three walks so far and would have been on two more except for family responsibilities
#33 Paying off the credit cards is still a work in progress but we have had it down to three digits twice now so I have high hopes that we will be able to clear it by the end of the year.
#38 I have begun the design of a new web site but it is slow going because I am learning a new web design application at the same time
#40 had my first dinner party and did reasonably well with the conversation.
#43 I have been spending considerably less time in front of my computer though I have not decreased it to the three hours I have reduced it to about 5 hours
#49 Sara has been busy and almost all of my seeds have been planted
#52 Tried my second new restaurant last week. Rob took me to Moxie's
#54 3 more dates with Rob. Moxies, Dinner & a movie, & to an event
#53 Got a composter and I have been using it but I think we need the red wigglers

Day 123
WOW!!!! I had not realized I had passed the 100 day mark. So where am I. Still working on a few things but finally seeing progress in the two most important things.
#4 in Progress thanks to the doctor
#6 is complete
#7 is 3 days away from being complete and I never felt better
#8 finally 11 of 75 lbs lost
#14 was not working so I consider it complete
#15 I went to see the doctor 5 weeks ago & we are working on it
#17 has been delayed
#21 I've been to two since I joined up.
#32 Have a blogsite for Cheryl's Place now I just need to stock it
#33 We are down to a bit over $1000 for our credit cards which is nice since we were around $4000 when I started this. Thanks to the government for a nice tax return

#6 I still have managed to do this. I am far too dependant on the caffine kick in the morning. I am going to try again starting on the 5th of April

Progress report:
#8 Nothing much to report. Still haven't lost any weight but I am going to try Motivation to Moves 4 week program & see where I end up. I also have an account at ivillage which gives me access to exercises and menus which should also help
#6 I'm not sure if I'm ready for this but I have water & guava tea that I can drink for the next week though I think I will miss the coffee & pop for the next seven days.
#21 I haven't made it to any meet-ups yet this month
#31 I have achieved bronze super seller status and have as of right now decided to try for the next level which is Silver. Sales wise I am 1/3 of the way there. Item sold I need to reach 900 in a three month period. That might be a bit difficult but with Rick helping maybe not. It is an either or for the 3 months either USD$9000 or 900 items. I am at UDS$3166.75 & 198 items
#33 Payment of credit cards in progress. Paid of one but got another one which already has $100 on it. We have been using a low interest line of credit to help us progress to our goal

#42 is in progress. Each Paycheck I get 10 % goes into our savings account. When it reaches $1000 I will transfer it to my RSP

Day 33
#8 I am not having any luck with this. I think because I didn't give myself a lot of direction. I said what but I didn't say how. I have 3 goals this month:
1) To stand during the whole time I am preparing packages for mailing. That may not sound like a big thing but it is. I spend an average of 3 hours a week preparing packages for mail. Standing rather than sitting will strengthen my legs and burn some calories that wouldn't get burned if I sat for that same three hours.
2) I have seven meet-ups which will require movement, (mainly walking), signed up for this month. I plan to attend them all.
3) Do a little walking (10-30 min) every day.
My hope is that I will be able to get myself into the movement habit so that I don't sit every day but move about. I will also have to track what I eat since I don't want to increase my intake just because I have increased my movement. That would defeat the purpose of the extra movement.
#21 I only made it to one meet-up last month but I looking at 8 for February so maybe it can be an average of 4 per month.
#20 I signed up to the Wikiversity site but it doesn't seem to have much in the way of courses right now.
#23 I stopped the reading program I was using for reading the bible after only a few days. Too much else going on to focus on it I think.
#26 I am working on this. I am on lesson 2

#39 The cost for swap-bots is down to about $5 a month so I have achieved this goal too. I just need to maintain it.

Day One
When choosing the things to begin working on today I had to be very careful of my habit of trying to do far too much all at once. Still Fairly begun I believe.
I have started #8: Lose 1 pound a week. I have scheduled myself into several walks and Rob has set the restrictions on my computer. I missed my walk today but will be out for over an hour tomorrow so that should balance things out.
#48 Plan back yard garden was begun yesterday. I obviously can't do much more than plan & maybe purchase the supplies need to complete that project until the snow is gone but it is begun
#74 Started the first KAL at Monthly Dishcloths
#21 4 meet-ups a month.... I think I may have miscalculated on that one. Not including the Stitch & Bitch on Wednesday which I have not RSVP'ed for I have have my name down as Yes or Maybe for 6 and my name on the waiting list for at least two. Still this is important. I am not going to be able to reach my goals if I don't do any Face time with others. After years of staying home I really need to connect with others for my own sanity not to mention that connections are always useful for all kinds of things.
#23 Read the Bible: I started a reading program from an online source today. It is time & more than time for me to find my faith.
Those are the ones I consider fairly begun.

Still Day Zero
I have been changing things on my list updating it to more accurately show the things I need to work on. My focus & my word for next year is synergy it means to connect with others and expand your borders.
I was reviewing the last year or so and noted that there are a couple of areas I need to work on ASAP. One is my attitude; the other is my social skills.
My attitude is way too negative & I want to work on bringing it closer to the centre.
My social skills are extremely limited as I am very out of practise of socializing with anyone but my family. While that might be good for a geek like my hubby it is not good for a wanna be PR person.
